Frequently asked questions
Will my sportsbook limit me for doing this?
Books can and do limit accounts they see as promo-focused — no tool can promise otherwise, and anyone who does is lying to you. Cross-book hedging is quieter than hammering arbs at a single book, and converting promos the books chose to give you is the mildest version of this hobby. But the risk is real and it's yours; see our Terms.
How much cash do I need?
More than the promo's face value, temporarily. Locking a $100 bonus bet at +400 takes about $300 of cash on the hedge side. That money isn't spent — one leg always pays out when the game settles — but you need it available across your books. Most users are comfortable with $500–1,000 spread across accounts.
Do I have to place the bets through Promoflipper?
No. We're an analytics service, not a sportsbook. We tell you which two legs to place; you place them yourself at your own sportsbook accounts. We never hold your funds or accept wagers.
What if the line moves before I place both legs?
It happens. Our numbers are never older than one scan (about 10 minutes), and you should eyeball both prices as you place. If a price moved enough to kill the lock, skip the play — the next scan usually surfaces a replacement.
Which states can use this?
Promoflipper is a US-only analytics tool for people who can legally bet where they live. We don't verify your location — confirming that sports betting is legal for you is your responsibility, per the Terms you accept at signup. 21+ only.
What sports do you cover?
NBA, WNBA, MLB, NHL, NCAAB, and NFL player-prop markets. Sides, totals, and moneylines are excluded on purpose — the vig structure makes them poor conversion targets, so scanning them would just pad the numbers.

Today we cover bonus bets and profit-boost tokens — the two most common promo types your books hand out, and where the conversion math is cleanest. Risk-free, no-sweat, and deposit-match conversion is on the roadmap.
Can I get a refund?
You're not charged during the 7-day trial — cancel any time before day 8 and you owe nothing. After that, cancellation stops the next renewal; paid periods aren't refunded. See our Refund Policy for technical-issue exceptions.
