Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Promoflipper, a subscription analytics service operated by Promoflipper LLC ("Promoflipper", "we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

Promoflipper is a subscription software-as-a-service tool that analyzes publicly available sports-betting odds and recommends cross-book hedging strategies for promotional offers ("promos") issued by regulated US sportsbooks. We do not accept wagers, hold customer funds for wagering purposes, pay out winnings, or take any percentage of customer betting outcomes. All bets are placed by you at your own sportsbook accounts.

2. Eligibility

You represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 21 years old.
• You reside in a US state where online sports betting is regulated and legal.
• You are not located in any jurisdiction that prohibits the use of this service.
• You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws, regulations, and the terms of service of any sportsbook you hold an account with.

3. Account and subscription

Promoflipper is offered on a subscription basis at $19.99 per month with a 7-day free trial for new accounts. By starting the trial you authorize us to charge the payment method on file at the end of the trial period unless you cancel beforehand. You may cancel at any time through your account dashboard; cancellation stops the next billing cycle.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the service or its outputs.
• Use the service to violate the terms of service of any sportsbook or any applicable law or regulation.
• Scrape, harvest, or otherwise extract the underlying odds data for any purpose other than personal use of the service.
• Attempt to interfere with, compromise, or reverse-engineer the service or its infrastructure.

5. No guarantees

Promoflipper's recommendations are based on the prices reported by our data provider and our published mathematical models. We make no guarantee that any displayed price will be available when you attempt to place a bet, that any sportsbook will accept your bet, or that any outcome will occur. You assume all risk of placed bets.

6. Sportsbook relationships

Promoflipper has no affiliate, revenue-share, or other commercial relationship with any sportsbook. Your account at any sportsbook is governed by that sportsbook's terms of service, and that sportsbook may at its discretion limit or close your account based on its own policies. We are not responsible for any sportsbook's action against your account.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all implied warranties, including those of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Promoflipper's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amount you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for any violation of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time. Sections 4 through 8 survive termination.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or in-app notice. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.
