Refund Policy
Last updated: September 4, 2026
This Refund Policy forms part of our Terms of Service. Where this policy and Section 13 of the Terms (Suspension and termination) differ, Section 13 controls.
1. Free trial
New accounts receive a 7-day free trial. You are not charged during the trial, and you may cancel at any point during the trial with no obligation. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the payment method on file is charged for the plan you selected, at the price and billing frequency shown at checkout.
If you have already used a trial on your account, resubscribing starts a new subscription immediately with no trial period, and the first charge is taken at checkout. The checkout page states this before you pay.
2. Cancelling
You may cancel your subscription at any time, online, from the billing page in your account. No call and no email is required. Cancellation stops the next renewal. You retain access through the end of the term you have already paid for.
Deleting your account also cancels your subscription. See Terms § 4.
3. Refund on a new annual subscription
If you buy the annual plan, you may request a full refund within 7 days of the charge. Email us at info@promoflipper.com from the address on your account. We will refund the full amount to your original payment method and close your subscription.
This applies once per account, to a first annual charge and to the first charge after switching to the annual plan. It does not apply to annual renewals.
4. After the refund window — no cash refund for the unused portion
Outside the 7-day annual window, we do not refund the unused portion of a term you have already paid for. This applies to every billing cadence.
Longer plans are discounted because they are paid up front. If you buy the annual plan and cancel after one month, you keep access for the remaining eleven months of the term, but no portion of the payment is returned to you. If you would rather not commit that far ahead, choose the monthly plan.
5. Changing plans
You can switch between billing cadences at any time from the billing page. A switch takes effect immediately: a new term of the plan you chose begins that day, and the unused portion of your current term is credited against the first charge on the new plan.
Because that credit is applied to the new charge rather than returned to your card, switching plans does not produce a cash refund. If the credit is larger than the new charge, the remainder stays on your account and is applied to future invoices.
6. Discretionary refunds
We may provide a refund of the most recent charge at our discretion in the following situations:
- A technical issue on our side prevented you from using the service for a significant portion of the billing period.
- You were billed in error, for example a duplicate charge or a charge after a confirmed cancellation.
- Other extenuating circumstances at our reasonable discretion.
We do not refund charges based on dissatisfaction with the calculations the service produces, the prices reported by the underlying data provider, the outcome of any bets you placed, a promotional offer that expired unused, or any action a sportsbook takes against your account.
7. If we end your subscription
If we terminate your account because you breached the Terms, we may retain what you have already paid for the current term.
If we end your access for any other reason, or discontinue the service, we will refund the unused portion of your current term on a pro-rata basis. See Terms § 13.
8. How to request a refund
Email info@promoflipper.com from the email address associated with your account, including the date of the charge and a brief description of the reason for the request. We will respond within five business days.
9. Chargebacks
If something has gone wrong with a charge, please contact us first — a direct refund is usually faster than a chargeback, and we would rather fix the problem. You do not give up any right you have with your card issuer by contacting us.
10. Changes
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. We will update the version identifier and the date above. Changes apply to charges incurred after the change takes effect.
