Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how Promoflipper LLC ("Promoflipper", "we") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our service. It is a disclosure of our actual practices. It is not part of our Terms of Service.

1. Information we collect

We collect the following categories of information:

• Account information. Email address and authentication identifiers via our authentication provider (currently Clerk).
• Subscription and billing information. Payment card details are collected and stored by our payment processor (Stripe or Paddle); we receive only a non-sensitive identifier and last-four digits of the card.
• User-supplied product data. The sportsbooks you tell us you have accounts at, the promotional offers you tell us you hold, your timezone, and any notes you attach to inventory items.
• Usage data. Pages viewed, actions taken in the application, and approximate location derived from IP address. We use approximate location to operate the service and to limit access in jurisdictions where we do not operate. We do not collect precise geolocation.
• Age and agreement records. The date of birth you give us to confirm you meet our minimum age, and the date and time you gave it. When you accept our Terms of Service, we also record your user identifier, the date and time, your IP address, and which version of the Terms you accepted. We keep these to show that the service is offered only to eligible adults and to evidence the terms you agreed to.

We do not request or store your sportsbook account passwords, your sportsbook account balances, your bet history at any sportsbook, or your bank or wire-transfer details.

2. How we use information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide and operate the service.
• Authenticate users and prevent fraud or abuse.
• Process payments and manage subscriptions.
• Communicate with you about your account or the service.
• Improve the service by analyzing usage patterns in aggregate.
• Keep records we are required to keep, including records of your acceptance of our terms.

3. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

We share information only with:

• Service providers who help us operate the service: our authentication provider (Clerk), database host (Neon), application host (Vercel), payment processor (Stripe or Paddle), product analytics (PostHog), error tracking, and email delivery. Each is contractually limited to using your data only to provide their service to us. These providers process data in the United States.
• Compliance. If required by law, valid legal process, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.
• Business transfer. In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets; we will notify you before any such transfer takes effect.

We will post an updated list of these providers here before adding a new category of provider.

4. Data retention

We retain account and subscription data while your account is active.

When you delete your account, we begin deletion immediately and remove your account record, your sportsbook list, your promo inventory, and your placed-bet history from our active systems. Our database provider keeps a short point-in-time restore history so we can recover from an operational failure; it is configured to retain no more than 24 hours. Deleted data may persist there until that window passes, after which it ages out automatically.

We retain a limited record of transactions, and of your acceptance of our terms, where a tax, accounting, anti-fraud, or legal obligation requires it. Our payment processor retains its own billing records under its own policy.

Cached odds data is market pricing, not personal information, and is never associated with an individual user. Rows older than one hour are deleted automatically by the scanner.

5. Your rights

Deleting your account. You can delete your account and its associated data yourself, at any time, from your account settings. Deletion cannot be undone. If you have an active subscription it is cancelled as part of deletion, so you are not charged again — but the term you have already paid for is not refunded.

Access, correction, and deletion on request. You may also ask us to access, correct, or delete your information by emailing info@promoflipper.com from the address associated with your account.

Rights under state law. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights, including the right to know what personal information we hold about you and where we got it, the right to obtain a copy of it, the right to correct it, the right to have it deleted, and the right to opt out of any sale or sharing of it. You also have the right not to be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights. We will verify and respond to requests within the timeframes required by applicable law.

If we deny your request you may ask us to reconsider by replying to our response.

6. Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical measures to protect your information, including encryption of data in transit and encryption of our database at rest, access controls, and limits on which staff can reach production data. No system is perfectly secure, and we do not guarantee absolute security.

7. Data breaches

If a breach of security compromises your personal information, we will notify you and any required regulator as and when required by applicable law, including RSMo § 407.1500 and the breach-notification statute of the state where you live.

8. Age restriction

The service is intended solely for adults at least 21 years old. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 21, and we do not direct the service to children. If we learn that we have collected information from someone under 21, we will delete the account and its data.

9. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will update the version identifier and the date above. We will notify you of material changes by email or in-app notice.
