Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how Promoflipper LLC ("Promoflipper", "we") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our service.

1. Information we collect

We collect the following categories of information:

• Account information. Email address and authentication identifiers via our authentication provider (currently Clerk).
• Subscription and billing information. Payment card details are collected and stored by our payment processor (Stripe or Paddle); we receive only a non-sensitive identifier and last-four digits of the card.
• User-supplied product data. The sportsbooks you tell us you have accounts at, the promotional offers you tell us you hold, your timezone, and any notes you attach to inventory items.
• Usage data. Pages viewed, actions taken in the application, and approximate location derived from IP address.

We do not request or store your sportsbook account passwords, your sportsbook account balances, your bet history at any sportsbook, or your bank or wire-transfer details.

2. How we use information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide and operate the service.
• Authenticate users and prevent fraud or abuse.
• Process payments and manage subscriptions.
• Communicate with you about your account or the service.
• Improve the service by analyzing usage patterns in aggregate.

3. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with:

• Service providers who help us operate the service: our authentication provider (Clerk), database host (Neon), application host (Vercel), payment processor (Stripe or Paddle), product analytics (PostHog), error tracking, and email delivery. Each is contractually limited to using your data only to provide their service to us.
• Compliance. If required by law, valid legal process, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.
• Business transfer. In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets; we will notify you before any such transfer takes effect.

4. Data retention

We retain account and subscription data while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with legal obligations and resolve disputes. Cached odds data is retained for a short window (currently 30 minutes) for application functionality and not associated with any individual user.

5. Your rights

You may access, correct, or delete your account information at any time by contacting info@promoflipper.com. California residents and residents of other states with applicable privacy laws may have additional rights, including the right to know what information we have about you and the right to request deletion. We will respond to verifiable requests within the timeframes required by applicable law.

6. Security

We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit and at rest. No system is perfectly secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Children

The service is intended for adults at least 21 years old. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If we learn we have collected such information, we will delete it.

8. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email or in-app notice.
